The job

You originate Talent Search. First call is a hiring manager with a live PM req who already takes your call. You get the Talent Search MSA or order form signed. PLA (farm with Danny) places. You do not get PLA inbound to close. You do not get a Recruiter Desk seat to run a staffing book.

Pay

1099. Commission is a share of Talent Search fees PLA collects on a started hire you originated. The percentage is in your SOW, not on this page. Clawback matches the Client replacement window.
