Recruiter connector

Recruiter Desk at /recruiter is the product. The Recruiter connector is another avenue for that same named seat: search opted-in Product Leader Academy members from an agent (Claude, Cursor, Grok, ChatGPT) or the overlay. It does not replace the desk. It is not an ATS. It is not LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect.

1. Seat

A live Stripe subscription on a named in-house seat, or an admin / recruiter+ grant. Shared logins and staffing-firm self-serve access are not allowed. Agencies write us. Canceled or past-due subscriptions lose connector access on the next call.

2. Who you may see

Members who opted into the recruiter directory. Search results do not include email addresses. Viewing a profile, matching a JD, or messaging stamps Identification Date under Terms of Service §8.3–8.5. A LinkedIn view is not identification.

3. Fair use caps

Per named seat per UTC day: 200 searches (including JD match and overlay lookups), 50 profile reads, 30 in-product messages. Hitting a cap returns an error until the next UTC day. Caps exist to stop directory dumps, not as a marketing unlimited claim.

4. What you may not do

No bulk export of the PLA directory. No CSV of PLA members except your own Book import. No training models on member data. No ingesting LinkedIn HTML, InMail, or Recruiter project contents into PLA. Overlay products may only query PLA with a title or JD you already have.

5. Agents

You are responsible for prompts you run in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, Codex, or any other agent. Those vendors are your processors (or your independent tools), not PLA sub-processors. We do not push member data to them. The agent must not invent candidates. If the seat is invalid the connector returns an error; do not treat that as an empty talent pool. Do not use connector output to train a model.

6. Overlay

The Chrome overlay injects PLA opted-in members next to LinkedIn Recruiter or a public profile. It may send us a visible title or JD you already have. It may not send LinkedIn HTML, InMail, or Recruiter project data. A LinkedIn view is not identification. Store listing needs our written approval.

7. Not a consumer report

PLA is not a consumer reporting agency. Connector results are not a consumer report under the FCRA. You own your hiring process, including equal-employment rules that apply to you. This is not an employment-agency placement; Talent Search is a separate signed engagement.

8. Law

Florida law. Exclusive venue Broward County, Florida (state court or S.D. Fla. Fort Lauderdale). You must be 18. Liability cap is the greater of US $100 or amounts paid for the Recruiter Desk seat in the twelve months before the claim, as in the Terms.
