Mentor terms

Mentoring at Product Leader Academy is unpaid. You guide members, host live sessions we produce, and may author pieces we distribute under your name. This is not employment and not a 1099 contractor seat.

1. What you give

Time and teaching. You do not pay us. We do not pay you for this path. Paid 1:1 sessions are a different product: Partner Coach.

2. What we give

Production support for live sessions (page, calendar, recording where we record). Distribution of agreed bylined content on our channels. Calibration with Oscar. A public mentor listing on About if we list you.

3. Content

You keep copyright in pieces you write. You license us to publish, excerpt, and archive them on PLA channels with your byline. You represent the work is yours to license. We may stop distributing a piece.

4. Members

Member contact stays on PLA unless the member set open-to-work visibility to public. You may not scrape, resell, or train models on member Content.

5. End

Either of us may end mentoring on notice. Already-published bylined pieces may remain. Florida law; venue Broward County. You must be 18. Apply at /about#mentors.
