Why join us

Brex is the AI-powered spend platform. We help companies spend with confidence with integrated corporate cards, banking, and global payments, plus intuitive software for travel and expenses. Tens of thousands of companies from startups to enterprises — including DoorDash, Flexport, and Compass — use Brex to proactively control spend, reduce costs, and increase efficiency on a global scale.

Working at Brex allows you to push your limits, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. We’re committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.

Product at Brex

The Product team is at the forefront of Brex's mission to empower employees anywhere to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, Product identifies, scopes out, and helps build the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams — such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design — on key decisions. We set strategy and drive products from inception to launch, enabling Brex to grow rapidly and help our customers reach their full potential.

What you’ll do

As a Group Product Manager, you'll own a product area that sits at the center of Brex's highest-priority bets, setting the multi-quarter vision, making hard prioritization calls, and ensuring your team delivers outcomes that move company-level metrics, not just ship features.

This means operating across several modes. Leading strategy, identifying where AI and automation can meaningfully change the customer experience rather than just adding novelty. You’ll be building teams and leading PMs who think clearly, operate independently, and raise their own bar over time. And you'll be a cross-functional operator, driving alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, and GTM leaders on initiatives that don't fit neatly into one team's roadmap.

We expect you to use AI tools aggressively in your own work: for discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making. You’ll also bring that same mindset to how your team builds products. The role is as much about scaling judgment and raising standards as it is about shipping.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, or New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
