+ Develop functional and high-level technical design documents for new business requirements and deliver specifications to the IT offshore delivery team
+ Work closely with offshore Coupa/NetSuite development teams to define and implement solutions within sprint delivery cycles
+ Implement new business processes and improve existing ones, ensuring industry best practices are followed
+ Interact with cross-functional IT teams to align requirements and understand downstream system impacts, including integrations between Coupa, NetSuite, and banking/payment systems
* Quality & Enablement
+ Support business users in completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive timely delivery of system enhancements
