Design Leader, Emerging Products (Asana Service Management & Command by Asana)

Asana Design is an inclusive and collaborative community of designers from diverse backgrounds dedicated to designing the future of teamwork . We are looking for a hands-on Design Leader to shape two of our emerging products: Asana Service Management and Command by Asana . In this 0→1 leadership role, you will thrive in early-stage ambiguity, partner closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to define the product design vision, and personally craft experiences that drive product-market fit . You will also represent design in strategic forums with senior and executive leadership, driving outsized impact on compa ny-level investments and roadmaps .

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner .
