Job Summary
Coinbax is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to define product strategy and oversee the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to development and delivery, while supporting long-term product growth.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product priorities, actionable roadmaps, and valuable software solutions.
You will analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to identify growth opportunities, enhance the user experience, and strengthen the product’s competitive position. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams, manage development priorities, and ensure product initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, sound business judgment, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, mobile applications, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), databases, or Internet of Things (IoT) products is preferred.
We are looking for someone who can combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, use data to inform product decisions, and guide teams in delivering high-quality products that create meaningful value for customers and support the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
- •Define product strategy, analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear product plans, functional specifications, and testing criteria.
- •Oversee product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams on planning, timelines, and delivery while applying appropriate development and project management methodologies.
- •Collaborate with business, engineering, and other stakeholders to align software development, system development, and IT infrastructure initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
- •Support product prototyping, requirements reviews, user acceptance testing, and release readiness, using data analysis and customer feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience.
- •Monitor development progress and delivery quality, prioritize product initiatives, and ensure improvements align with customer needs, business objectives, and practical use cases.
Skills
- •Product Management: Experience in product management, product development, roadmap planning, project coordination, and prioritization. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- •Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, databases, software development processes, and IT systems. Knowledge of AWS, SQL, Java, HTML, Git, or UML is a plus.
- •Tools and Platforms: Experience with Jira or similar project management tools. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, product analytics platforms such as Looker, or prototyping tools such as Balsamiq is preferred.
- •Development Methodologies: Understanding of Agile product development and experience working with cross-functional teams using Scrum or other project delivery methods. Familiarity with SAFe or Waterfall is an advantage.
- •Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders, align priorities, and support product delivery from planning through launch.
- •Additional Experience: Experience with B2B products, enterprise software, or technical product teams is beneficial.
