Today our diverse, fully remote team is committed to helping organizations of all sizes with seamless, effective and collaborative Offensive Security Testing that empower organizations to OPERATE FEARLESSLY and INNOVATE SECURELY.
Our customers can start a pentest in as little as 24 hours and integrate with advanced development cycles thanks to the powerful combination of our SaaS platform coupled with an exclusive community of testers known as the Cobalt Core. Accepting just 5% of applicants, the Cobalt Core boasts over 500 closely vetted and highly skilled testers who jointly conduct thousands of tests each year and are at the forefront of identifying and helping remediate risk across a dynamically changing attack surface.
Cobalt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we strive to build a diverse and inclusive workforce at our company. Join our team, and be your true self to do your best work.
Cobalt is hiring a Director of Product Management, Platform to own the product surfaces that connect our pentesting offerings to the rest of a customer's security and business stack, and that make those offerings easy to evaluate, configure, and scale. This is a newly created role on the Product leadership team, reporting to the VP of Product Management, with direct accountability for platform architecture decisions, the partner and integration ecosystem, pricing and packaging mechanics, access and permissions models, and the operational backbone (tooling, metrics, content) that the rest of Product relies on.
You will lead a team spanning Customer Experience, Product Operations, and Platform/Integrations PMs, and you will be the primary product partner to Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Security/Compliance stakeholders on anything that touches how customers connect to, configure, and pay for Cobalt. This is a high-visibility, build-and-scale role: you'll inherit a working integrations program (including a recently shipped Wiz integration) and a clear mandate to mature it into a defensible platform and ecosystem strategy.
