Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $140,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

Employment Logistics:
The Product Management Senior Consultant leads the strategy, development, and delivery of products that power OnTrac’s logistics and transportation network. This role owns the full product lifecycle, from identifying strategic opportunities through launching scalable solutions that improve cost, speed, reliability, safety, and customer experience. The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to launch products that enable smarter network operations, increased visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

The Must-Haves:

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• •10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• •Expert knowledge of network performance data and product, program, or technology management within a logistics environment
• •Expert knowledge of systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies
• •Exceptional skills in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and systems integration

• •Requirements & cross-functional delivery: Translate customer and operational needs into clear product, functional, and technical requirements while managing delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and systems.
