About AltitudeIQ
AltitudeIQ is building a new generation of agentic enterprise software focused on some of the most complex and traditionally services-heavy problems in enterprise transformation.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data Migration to lead our Data Migration product and help shape the broader portfolio of agentic enterprise solutions as the company grows.
This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who understands enterprise transformation firsthand and can translate complex customer problems into scalable software products.
You will work closely with our founders, Engineering team, customers, and System Integrators to determine what we build, how we prioritize it, how customers use it, and where the product should go next.
What You'll Do
- •Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for AltitudeIQ's Data Migration products and broader agentic enterprise capabilities.
- •Bring deep enterprise transformation experience into product strategy, design, and decision-making.
- •Work directly with customers and System Integrators to understand complex business problems and identify opportunities for new product capabilities.
- •Lead customer discovery and design-partner conversations and translate recurring enterprise challenges into scalable product opportunities.
- •Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements, functional designs, and software capabilities.
- •Partner closely with Engineering throughout product design, development, testing, validation, and release.
- •Work with Engineering and other teams to help turn product concepts into practical, scalable solutions.
- •Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate requirements, prototyping, testing, documentation, and product development workflows.
- •Distinguish between customer-specific requests and opportunities that can become scalable product capabilities.
- •Provide hands-on product guidance to strategic customers while maintaining a clear distinction between the software provider and the customer/SI implementation team.
- •Support strategic sales opportunities through discovery, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and conversations with enterprise transformation leaders.
- •Partner with Customer Success to develop repeatable product guidance and best practices.
- •Stay current on enterprise software, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve the product.
What We're Looking For
You do not need to have spent your entire career with "Product Manager" in your title.
We care more about whether you understand enterprise transformation, think like a product builder, and can turn complex problems into scalable software.
Required Qualifications
- •12–15+ years of experience across SAP, enterprise transformation, enterprise data, data migration, enterprise software, product management, consulting, or related fields.
- •Experience working across multiple large ERP or SAP transformation programs, ideally including SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
- •Hands-on understanding of the enterprise transformation lifecycle, including requirements, functional design, build, testing, SIT, UAT, mock cycles, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- •Meaningful experience with enterprise data migration, including mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, sequencing, and cutover.
- •Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, or related enterprise data disciplines.
- •Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Syniti, SAP Data Services/BODS, Informatica, SAP MDG, Precisely/Winshuttle, or comparable platforms.
- •Familiarity with major SAP data domains such as Customer/Business Partner, Vendor, Material, Finance, or other complex enterprise data objects.
- •Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish a one-customer request from a broader, scalable market opportunity.
- •Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work effectively with client leaders, System Integrators, functional teams, and engineers.
- •Technical curiosity and willingness to get hands-on with AI, modern development tools, and new approaches to building enterprise software.
