Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest. Our Shopping & Offers program is a fast-growing platform that operates with the agility of a startup while leveraging the scale of an industry leader, delivering Shopping and Offers experiences directly to our Consumers and Conversion for our Merchant partners alike

You will be a pivotal strategic leader responsible for defining the next chapter of Affirm's DTC shopping and offers experience. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact consumer journeys—including Agentic Search, Home, and Profile experiences—that directly influence conversion, engagement, and revenue. This is a role for a seasoned product leader obsessed with consumer experiences, two sided marketplaces, and disrupting the payments & credit landscape

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $300,000 - $360,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $267,000 - $327,000
